If the nozzle voltage is too high, the circuit board card needs to be modified, or the circuit is changed to circumvent this problem.
2. After the machine is used for a long time, there will be a disconnection of the machine nozzle, which will inevitably lead to the machine flying ink. Print the test strip to check the condition of the nozzle, if you find blockage, weakness, etc., you need to clean the channel of the nozzle to keep it unobstructed. The solution to the broken nozzle requires checking the condition of the nozzle from time to time to see if there is a deficiency and blockage, and if it needs to be dealt with immediately, otherwise the flying ink phenomenon cannot be avoided.
3. The pulse spacing of the ignition of the nozzle controlled by the electronic control system is unreasonable. The pulse distance between the ignition of the electronic control system and the nozzle is unreasonable, resulting in the phenomenon of flying ink. The problem of electronic control system, this needs special technicians to repair to solve.
4. The nozzle is too high, the height of the general nozzle and the material should be controlled between 1mm~20mm, if the nozzle exceeds its own spray range, there will definitely be flying ink phenomenon. It is still easy to solve the high distance between the nozzle and the loader, as long as their distance is shortened.
