If rinsing with water does not solve the problem, you can only remove the nozzle, soak it in pure water at about 50-60 ° C, clean it with an ultrasonic cleaning machine, and dry it after cleaning.

Retrofitting the continuous ink supply system often modifies the original ink cartridge, which inevitably causes the burden on the word car. Under heavy load, the word car will move slowly. Moreover, excessive load will also lead to accelerated aging of the UV flatbed printer belt and increase the friction between the word cart and the connecting rod. These all cause the UV flatbed printer to slow down. In severe cases, it will also cause the car to not be reset, and then it cannot be used.
Clever solution:
1. Replace the motor.
The hose of the continuous ink supply system rubs against the wall of the UV printer, resulting in an increase in the load of the electric motor, and the long-term use of the electric motor is lost, try to replace it;
2. Lubricate the connecting rod.
After a long period of use, the friction between the car and the connecting rod in the machine becomes larger, and the resistance increases and the electric motor runs slowly. At this time, lubricating the connecting rod can solve the fault;
3. Belt aging.
The friction of the drive gear connected to the motor will accelerate the belt aging of the UV printer, and cleaning and lubrication can reduce the failure of belt aging.

The cartridge is not recognized
Users with continuous ink supply may often encounter situations where the machine is no longer printing after a period of use, because the UV flatbed printer does not recognize the black cartridge.
UV flatbed printer clever solution:
This happens mainly because the waste ink bin of the UV flatbed printer is full. In fact, every UV flatbed printer has a fixed accessory life setting. When some accessories reach the end of their useful life, the UV flatbed printer will indicate that it cannot print. Since waste ink is easy to form during the use of the continuous ink supply system, it is easy to cause the waste ink bin to be full. In this case, two aspects can be done: or use the zeroing software to reset the UV flatbed printer motherboard to eliminate the setting of the UV flatbed printer; Or you can go to the maintenance point to replace the sponge in the waste ink silo. Flash gives you advice on the latter. Because it is just a simple zeroing, it is easy to cause waste ink to be missed and burn the UV flatbed printer.
In addition, the failure of the cleaning nozzle of the UV printer is also the main cause of the plug. UV flatbed printer cleaning nozzle plays a decisive role in the protection of the printer nozzle. After the word car is returned to position, the nozzle should be weakly pumped by the cleaning pump nozzle to seal and protect the nozzle. When the UV flatbed printer installs a new ink cartridge or the nozzle is broken, the suction pump at the lower end of the machine should pump the nozzle through it, and the higher the working accuracy of the suction pump, the better. However, in practice, the performance and airtightness of the suction pump will decrease due to the prolongation of time, the increase of dust and ink residue in this mouth. If the user does not check or clean it frequently, it will cause the nozzle of the UV printer to constantly appear plug-like failure. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the suction pump frequently.
The specific method is to remove the upper cover of the UV flatbed printer and remove the trolley, rinse it with purified water with a needle, especially the microporous gasket embedded in the mouth should be fully cleaned. It should be noted that when cleaning this part, it must not be cleaned with ethanol or methanol, which will cause the microporous gasket embedded in this component to dissolve and deform. At the same time, the lubricating oil can not contact the pump nozzle, and the grease will deform the rubber sealing ring of the pump nozzle and cannot seal and protect the nozzle.
