1. Print small print to measure accuracy
No matter what model of universal flatbed printer it is, the most basic condition that needs to be met is printing accuracy. The method of testing the printing accuracy is: print the number 3 character with PS and print it on the whole page A4 paper. The printing is clear, no ghosting and no blurring are qualified. If ghosting occurs, it means that the vibration during the printing process of the printer is too large, which is caused by unreasonable structural design and the force running of the printer head cannot be well decomposed and released.
2. Repeat printing to measure performance
If the repeated printing position is not accurate, the scrap rate will increase, and it is especially important to choose a stable printer. The method is: print tic-tac-toe, repeat the print 10 times, use a 40x magnifying glass to see, if it coincides, the equipment is qualified. Or directly use the method of screen printing to test the socket. First print the blue dot, and then print red on the basis of blue, look at it with a 40x magnifying glass, if you can't see blue, it means that the machine has high precision.
3. Quadrilateral diagonal lines of equal length
In the maximum printable format range of the printer, print a rectangular border, after printing with a ruler to measure whether the length of the diagonal is the same, according to the quadrilateral diagonal rule, if the diagonal is of equal length, then this is a standard rectangle, if not equal length, then the description is no longer rectangular, is a diamond or trapezoid. If the printed rectangle is not of equal length, it means that the printed rectangle has been seriously out of position, and the printing accuracy does not meet the qualified requirements.
