If the equipment is expected to be temporarily unused for more than 48 hours, the ink in the nozzle must be cleaned, otherwise the ink in the nozzle will dry out due to the gradual volatilization of the ink, and even irreversible damage to the nozzle will be caused in serious cases. The detailed handling method is as follows:
1. Turn off the power of the white ink printer.
2. Move the machine head to the leftmost cleaning position, and put a corrosion-resistant container under the nozzle for cleaning waste liquid.
3. Remove the nozzle, flush out the ink in the nozzle with a syringe, and then wash the nozzle with a special moisturizer. Because the residual cleaning liquid left inside the nozzle will corrode the nozzle, it is necessary to use a moisturizer last.
4. Put the cleaned nozzle into a dry corrosion-resistant container and seal it, especially if it is placed for more than 1 month, it should be sealed to prevent the moisturizer from drying out.
